Each profile covers care info, environmental requirements, adult size, lifespan, conservation status and reference images. Profiles are written with AI assistance and reviewed — and you can flag anything that looks off.

Set one-time or recurring reminders — daily, weekly, monthly or a custom interval — targeting specific critters or tags. They reach you by push, email or both, and every occurrence is calculated from the start date you set, so a recurring schedule never slides forward.

Pro is $9.99 billed monthly, or $79.99 billed annually — about $6.67 a month, which saves you 33%. Both unlock exactly the same features; annual simply costs less.

Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from Settings — there's no lock-in. You'll keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

Nothing is ever deleted. If you're over the Free limit when you downgrade, your extra critters simply become read-only — you keep their full history and can still view everything, but you won't be able to log new events to them until you're back under the limit or upgrade again.

We don't offer refunds, but you can cancel anytime and keep Pro until your current billing period ends — so you're never paying for time you won't use.
