Grant of License
LizardBox grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the LizardBox software for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with this EULA.
Restrictions
You may not: (a) decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the LizardBox software; (b) use the LizardBox software for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by this EULA.
Ownership
The LizardBox software and all intellectual property rights therein are the property of LizardBox and its licensors. The software is protected by international copyright laws.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated by you or LizardBox. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from LizardBox if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The LizardBox software is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. LizardBox and its licensors disclaim all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
LizardBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
Changes to EULA
LizardBox reserves the right to modify or replace this End-User License Agreement at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. Please review this EULA periodically for any updates or changes.
